Where's the Artwork?

Below is a map of the United States.  Those states that are colored blue are states to which L.M. Hornberger has shipped artwork.  The white states, which are also listed at the left, are 'missing'.  

The small yellow star in southern California is where the artist lives, approximately.  

And below is a list of foreign countries to which the artist has sold artwork.  As can be seen, her work is found throughout the world -- the only continent left out is Antarctica!

"People seem very interested in where I sell my work, so I thought I would show them.  As you can see on the map, my artwork is spread out across the country.

"What I find interesting is that I've sold so much artwork to the East Coast.  It really wasn't until the last year that I have sold much (via the internet) to the state of California, despite that fact that I live here.  I suppose it has something to do with being the old saying about a prophet not being appreciated in his own land.  So, I'm 'exotic' in Virginia!!!

"I'm also proud of how much artwork I've sold overseas.  I know some artists refuse to sent artwork to overseas destinations, in part because of the hassle of postage.  To me, one of the point of the internet is that the world is all linked together.  And it just doesn't seem right that I exclude most of the world from enjoying my artwork."
