White Pine Box
White Pine Box is a hand-printed original
artist woodblock print of a white pine cone in a white pine box.
Notes:
A white pine box holding a white pine cone, seeds, and needles
-- what artist could resist the pun? The box and contents are shown in the
trompe l'oiel manner, which means it is suppose to fool the eye into thinking
that the 2D piece is actually real 3D objects. While not totally
successful in this print due to the limitations of woodblock printing, it is
still rather interesting to view.
