100% Guarantee

The artist offers a 100% guarantee on all her work.  Depending on the whether the piece is an already completed piece or a commissioned piece, the terms vary as outlined below.  In either case the artist must receive the piece back within 14 days and in the same condition that it left her studio.

Pre-existing Works of Art

For pieces that already exist, such as a painting, the artist will refund 100% of the purchase price less shipping if the item is returned within 14 days in pristine condition. 

Commissioned Works of Art (Non-Portraits)

For pieces done on commission, the artist will make minor corrections.  If the artist feels it necessary, she may attempt a second similar piece and then the client has the option of picking one of the pieces.  

Commissioned Works of Art (Portraits)

For portraits done on commission, the artist will make corrections until the client finds the work acceptable.  If the artist feels it necessary, she may attempt a second portrait and then the client has the option of picking one of the two portraits.  If the portrait is still unacceptable, a refund will be given less the cost of shipping and materials.
